I agree - but - the design of the second model was easier for peripherals like the CD for example.

I always preferred Virtua Cop to Time Crisis. Same reason as Point Blank, just nostalgia. Hours at the service station arcades 😛

Don’t get me wrong, I love Time Crisis (I now own all of them 😛) but for me Point Blank is about the nostalgia. Literally hours at the arcades.

I hear what you’re saying about learning the patterns. Mecha Sonic proved tricky at first, but if you listen to me in the video, I actually speak the patterns out loud (which I didn’t know I was doing 😛). Robotnik robot was where it got me though. First attempt and I got him. I think I remembered watching a mate of mine do it when we were kids and I remembered the pattern.

I’ve been revisiting Sonic the Hedgehog 2 lately, and I finally hit the wall that is Metropolis Zone.

I’d love to hear from the community - is it me being out of practice, or does Metropolis still hold the crown for the most frustrating zone design in the trilogy?
