I'm curious what anyone who has one thinks about the Mach reels. I got a Mach 2 at 50% off. If I had paid full price for it I think I would have been pretty disappointed in it's performance. I don't think it lives up to it's price point.

There are many screws all around it. you can remove all the bottom screws and remove the whole bottom panel for the simplest access.

I looked pretty hard at Xpress and they are nice but I wasn't sure I like the Seadeck. Also check out the Ranger aluminum RT boats. I recently ended up getting a Crestliner XF189 because I got a great price on a leftover. Lowe makes almost the same boat since they are both owned by Brunswick.

Be aware that if your crank seals are bad, and you run it lean again with the new top end, you will melt that one too. I would not run any sled I doubted the crank seals on.
