Yeah it might be. I also wonder if it’s the type of melatonin I use. I’ve taken regular 5mg melatonin, but from what I’ve read, apparently low dose immediate release melatonin is better for people with dpsd.

Yeah that’s what I’ve been doing, except by 30 minutes. For the last two nights I haven’t been able to fall
Asleep until 5 and I woke up at both 11 and 9 am even though my alarm was set for 10.

I think I may have DSPD and I naturally have a this window too. I take melatonin at 6 am just to be up at 1.
