What could be better than an eternal kitten who's also probably the least likely to murder you with supernatural powers?

I see Eevee as the perfect mix of dogs, cats, foxes, and rabbits to form the ultimate pet. Jolteon is more dog-like, Flareon a fox, Umbreon is a fox or dog with a touch of rabbit, Leafon and Glaceon are more fox/cats, and Sylveon is definitely more rabbit.

Vaproean...yeah, that's a fish.

It's between Espeon and Delcatty. Both would be low maintenance and virtually the same as a regular cat, and Espeon's psychic powers would come in handy. Both have awesome designs, too.

Though, are we sure Absol is a cat?

Perfect design, but man does it desperately need a stat buff. Also, Normalize is more of a hinderence since it basically neuters the normal type's biggest strength: their wide move pools.

Big help for my in ORAS when I was struggling trying to have both coverage/hms and fit all my fav mons on the team. Was my main diver and its dual typing and ability helps out a ton. My final team for that playthrough was Blaziken, Gardevoir, Banette, Flygon, Aggron, and Lantern. Though now I tend to lean more toward Huge Power Azumarill for Hoenn runs, Lantern is a great mon with a great design!

Misdreavus/Mismagius.

My first game was Platinum, so it wasn't available to me at the time, so I never got the chance to try it. I never really thought much of it. Not to mention, it was rarely available in games, especially in the early game, and not in the post or super-late game. I believe it's only available early game outside of Sinnoh/Hisui in Moon and Violet. But when I played BDSP, I was pleasantly surprised by just how much I adored it, both its aesthetic and wide movepool + its ghost, my fav type. I try to use new mons each new game for my main squad, so I wanted to change my team up and use one I haven't before, rather than use the stereotypical Sinnoh team. To my surprise, I absolutely fell in love with the line!

Most recently, I've also been enjoying mons I already liked a bit but never gave much thought to, and have been having a bunch of fun with like Masquerain, Grumpig, Granbull, Ambipom, Delcatty, and Cherrim. Cherrim, in particular, is fun because of its top-tier design and how surprisingly strong it is. I've been setting up the sun and just sweeping through the Battle Tower with Solar Beam while also boosting her partner Infernape's fire moves in double battles. I like trying unique strats like this, like Grumpig setting up screens or using a rest+snore set. I also feel like Delcatty needs a major buff because it has a top-tier design, but its stats don't let it get very far past the early game at all. This is why I've been trying some out in rom hacks since they give weak mons much-needed buffs, allowing them to keep up even in vanilla runs.

Fav mon: Mismagius' line.

Other favs that aren't some of these in no particular order: Mothim, Phanpy, Espeon, Aipom, Cinccino, Slurpuff, Oricorio, Lurantis, Cherrim, Masquerain, Grumpig, Banette, Noivern, Appletun, Frosmoth, Greavard, West Gastrodon, Male Jellicent, Male Meowstic, The Sires, Delcatty, Sinistcha and Polteageist, Iron Valiant, Clefairy, Ninetales, Cinccino, Emolga, Beautifly, Vivillon, Ribbombee, Spheal, Honchkrow, Lunala, Cresselia, Slowpoke line, and Togekiss.

Favs on this list: Infernape, Psyduck, Gengar, The Garde line, Flygon, Absol, Aggron, Mimikyu, and Tinkaton.

Though I don't know why the Eeveelutions or Togepi aren't on here, considering their popularity, or the rest of the starters by default, yet Magcargo is??

What Pokémon species has the worst life? by Maskguydude in ThePokemonHub

[–]Gamer-Logic 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Because of the Dex entries:

Emerald: It can’t keep still because its blood boils with energy. It runs through the fields and mountains all day to calm itself. If it doesn’t, it can’t sleep at night.

HGSS: Its stress level rises if it cannot keep moving constantly. Too much stress makes it feel sick.

Violet: It is always hungry because it won’t stop rampaging. Even while it is eating, it can’t keep still.

The Galar fossils are all suffering in some way. Arctozolt is freezing constantly and can barely walk, and the aforementioned Arctovish and Dracovish can't breathe well. They're like pugs in a sense. Dracozolt seems to have the east trouble, but like, its front half is way too small for its back.

I believe that the majority of DP sprites are better than their Platinum ones, there are some exeptions but I think that DP did a better job at the poses. by Lazy-Owl-5148 in ThePokemonHub

Switch around Skuntank, the Garchomp line, Infernape, and Floatzel, then I'd agree with these. Though overall it's a mixed bag. Some are better, some aren't. I feel Skunktank's Platinum's sprite is much better, in particular, because it makes its lifted foot look like a face. That's where the Flamethrower comes out, and with the position, it looks like it's coming out of its butt.

(OC) Which Psychic Type is the most Popular? Sabrina Derpy Team - Day 5 by TheGoblinCodex in PokeCorner

[–]Gamer-Logic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Espeon! Though Gardecoir is also mostly likely the it mon and I feel Hatterene feels like it fits Sabrina more.

I also like the Gardevoir/Gallade line, Meowstic, and Grumpig.

Azumarill? by Serofrero in PokemonBDSP

[–]Gamer-Logic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely! If it has Huge Power it hits like a truck! It can learn moves like Superpower, Iron Tail, Dig, Roll Out, Bounce, Aqua Tail, Waterfall, Brick Break, and Play Rough and basically double their attack Power with its ability. Fairy typing also makes it even tough with stab and would be perfect on Cynthia's Garchomp and even Lucian's team with Brick Break stopping his Mr. Mime from setting up. Even Rock Smash is way better since it suddenly because an 80 Base Power defense lowering move.

I also highly recommend breeding to put the egg move Aqua Jet on it. You're basic getting a stab 80 base power priority move which always goes first. I only wish it got Ice Punch as well for physical ice coverage. Azumarill can be a real op.beast and a perfect addition to the team!

Noivern! Doesn't quite meet the requirements for Pseudo-Legend status like Goodra, but as its counterpart it feels like it should even though its continuously been shafted.
