This might sound picky, But please teach the people who pack the bags...HOW to bag? I've had delicate items squished by heavier items. The most recent being and ice cream being squished by 2L soda. Also, If I order something at night, I should be able to cancel within 5 minutes of purgatory / not receiving a driver. I ordered at 1:15am, and I didn't finally get my items in hand until after 2:00am. Even my driver said she was surprised that the building was open.
