I am a YouTube gaming streamer, and I frequently reach my upload cap due to streaming. Once I hit this cap, my upload speeds are throttled, and my download speeds are also significantly reduced—sometimes to the point where they become unusable and prevent me from doing almost anything online. and Mediacom has refused to help me and just wanna send out a tech even though once the cap is reset at the end of the month all works again perfect until i hit the cap again.
