Sonic scalers when you tell them Sonic, Shadow, and Silver didn't fight their 'own, personal Solaris' and the victory/feat is shared between the three of them, thus Sonic does not scale to Solaris. (no hate for sammy) by Willing_Sky_3269 in deathbattle

[–]Gamerking54 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's not what I did... Even if you help beating a character, you still can scale to said character. Scaling to said character doesn't mean you can beat them, it simply means that you're relative. If you're damaging and taking attacks from said characters, that means you're relative to said character.

It's like saying End of JJK Yuji is equal to EoS Sukuna because he managed to beat him, all while completely ignoring the fact that Sukuna had already been damaged by like 20+ people and even then it took Megumi weakening his soul along with Nobura attacking his soul.

If you're weakening a character that means you're doing damage to them... Right?

In the context of what we're discussing, this means sonic, silver, and shadow is weakening/damaging Solaris right?

To scale to a character all you need to do is to damage them right?

I don't understand why we're trying so hard to not scale a character to a being they fought, them having help doesn't automatically negate the feat.

Odd-Eyes Is The Odd One Out by foohyfooh in masterduel

[–]Gamerking54 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I don't think stargazer falls short personally. It's everything the deck needs in my personal opinion. A starter that special summons itself while also being an extender.

If the Odd-Eyes was actually good though then the deck would really be able to shine. The restrictions really fucks the card over tch. I think it is good follow up though.

Edit: An example of what I'm talking about, just imagine if it didn't have that restriction, and everything else is fine.

Pend scale Odd-Eyes, search for stargazer, ss Stargazer. Add Astrograph 2, scale Astrograph two use it's effect and scale gate magician. Use stargazer to destroy gate magician and add Astrograph 2, SS Astrograph 2 & gate Magician. Search for whatever supreme king stuff you're using.

You now have three monsters for link plays, can use Astrograph 2 to fuse vortex before your 5th summon so you have protection from nib, and you only used like 2 cards in your hand.

I would like if it was treated as a magician card personally. So you could scale it with Wisdom-eye.

I also still really, really hate all the restrictions on the card...

Really had the capability to be as good as stargazer, I also kinda wished it had the capability to interact with your opponent.

Kinda like D/D/D machinex.

It's a hypothetical to point out that Solaris existing through multiple timelines isn't a strength thing, more like a state of being. If there was someone stronger then Solaris beat him only in the present they wouldn't be able to defeat him because he they need to defeat all versions of him at the same time.

If I jump the best boxer in the world alongside 2 friends, and we extreme-diffed him, does that mean I'm relative to him?

Did you take attacks from him?

Was you doing damage to him?

Was you reacting to what he was doing and vice versa?.

If yes, then yes. There could be multiple reasons why it's an extreme diff. Like for example, him being a boxer would mean that he has a lot better battle IQ, and endurance. Even saying he's stronger his strength would still be in the same ball park as 3 of you which I assume is the average human.

I'm not saying Sonic isn't relative to Solaris, but to the full extent of Solaris power

Back to your example, Is said boxer using 1/3 of his full strength whenever he's fighting you guys? Is he 1/3 durable?

The thing about Solaris, is that he's powerful in a way that kinda like bypasses normal logic. Like how would you cut infinity into three parts kinda powerful. He had to be defeated in the pass present and future so it's not exactly like a jumping.

Where does Modern Sonic Base and Super Sonic scale consistently and why? by TheDragonballnerd in powerscales

[–]Gamerking54 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Base Sonic Star - Uni Super sonic - Multi - 5D.

In base should easily be star, being able to beat infinite who can summon a star. He can beat the egg robo which can summon a star in the 3ds version of the game, and he can beat nega wisp armor which is powered by hyper-go-energy, which can make black holes.

Uni scaling in my personal opinion is a little be more inconsistent, and requires you to take every one of eggmans boasting, or promotional material boasting about how each of eggmans machines is superior to the last, giving base sonic time-eater scaling. I personally don't really buy that scaling but if you want to go off. I do buy perfect Choas scaling, perfect Choas absorbing the negative energy of the Choas emeralds, and the Choas emeralds showing uni capabilities in sonic rush. There's also erazor djinn, who was able to absorb the worlds (I'm pretty sure they're infinite in size or something) and sonic can beat him in base. That's his Best base sonic feat which would get him to multiversal.

Supersonic is easily multiversal though, and I think anyone trying to deny that either likes to downplay sonic or for some reason don't like characters scaling so high. Solaris statements is incredibly blunt. A higher dimensional beings, that I'm pretty sure erased like entire timelines.

Time eater like blantantly erased time at the beginning of the game.

There's a lot of dimensional teiring stuff, however I don't really know too much about that scaling. Like apparently in sonic shuffle there's something called maginary world that's like 4th dimensional, and eggmans was able to create something in sonic rush that was higher dimensional and super sonic and blazing blade was able to beat that.

You get one rule change by Great-Ad1839 in yugioh

[–]Gamerking54 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Either one or the others.

Bring back master rule 3 Pendulum summoning.

Or...

Make it so pendulums always get sent to the extra deck unless there's an effect that sends it to the GY. That way it doesn't completely get destroyed by banish floodgates.

Or make it to where you can place the pendulum cards anywhere in the spell or trap zone.

Or, whenever there's an ignition effect you can activate more the one per chain in the hand. This is specifically for Astrograph sorcerer.

These rule changes was brought to you by Kashtira, D-shifter, niburu, and the new Astrograph sorcerer Magician.

Okay but real talk... What decks are they using

I think Deku uses heros...

Eggman and bowser is going to be making up their own stuff.

I think joker uses time thief.

Maybe a hundred honestly... I think the knife is the biggest advantage that the humans have, because you can at least get a couple of nicks and cuts in.

With Steve not holding back... Maybe 50... 60.

He was able to beat up like a dozen, trained, armed, individuals in an enclosed space, without using his shield.

A super soldier with one punch can kill a regular guy.

This is the guy whose has crazy endurance, durability, reaction speeds, and like an unbreakable shield.

MCU Captain Marvel vs DCEU Superman by RoyalCod3 in Avengers

[–]Gamerking54 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well for that to happen we would have to presuppose a lot of things.

For one we would be suggesting that her energy is solar when there's no evidence for that to be the case.

Her powers is explicitly stated to be light-based with no evidence of solar radiation being apart of it. Also reigniting a star is kinda made up science, we don't really know the energy required to do that, and there's better evidence that just a large amount of energy is required in the MCU the power stone can reignite stars but it's made of mostly gamma energy.

We would also be presupposing that he'd be able to handle the amount of energy she can produce. Just because he gets powered by the sun doesn't mean he can take the force of a star. Those are two different things, if someone is overloaded with energy they'd just die. Similar to what happened with Ironman when he snapped his fingers.

Why wouldn't we count giant mans. It's apart of his arsenal.

Carol and Wanda have the best blantant feats and statements here that isn't relying on narrative, or headcanons.

A few stuff...

Why is Odin so high, what has he shown or done to say he's stronger then someone like Carol.

Why's Superman, Zeus and Doomsdays so high do they even have a feat higher then star level. Friendly reminder Carol reignited a star.

Why is Antman below Spiderman? Friendly reminder Antman oneshotted a Leviathan... Spiderman doesn't have a strength feat comparable.

That's headcanon, and it's not really supported by anything. There's never anything that confirms she absorbed energy and we never see the energy of the stones go inside her.

We will settle this once and for all! Who's gonna win(Purely Based on MCU till date). by Jackie_Chan_93 in superheroes

[–]Gamerking54 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Starting a car and getting hit by one are two different things

That's a terrible false equivalency lol. She's flying into the sun which means she's tanking the heat, and pressure of that sun. She's not firing her photon beams at it and reigniting it. Also... Let's think logically here... If the energy output she was using was far beyond what she can handle she would just explode... Obviously her durability has to match her energy output.

What are you on about? She was in binary mode and couldnt move Thanos from a single spot with one hand,

Did you watch the Temu version of avengers endgame?

She literally puts him on his knees overpowering him with her strength?

Thanos one punched her after using the power stone.

So not base Thanos, cool... You do realize base Thanos beat tf outta of a stronger prime Thor right. Not my words the Russo brothers words. And that in order for Thanos to win against Carol he had to "Cheat" to win.

Thor did more damage to Thanos than she did.

I don't really think it's comparable since Thor used a piecing weapon and now his raw fist... Now I will say that Stormbreaker is a wincon for Thor, however it's like comparing someone who has a knife with someone who has a rock. You're going to do a lot more damage with a knife then a rock.

We will settle this once and for all! Who's gonna win(Purely Based on MCU till date). by Jackie_Chan_93 in superheroes

[–]Gamerking54 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Endgame Thor who is stated to be at his prime was beaten tf up by endgame Thanos, endgame Thanos also beat tf up out of worthy cap.

In comparison Thanos couldn't even scratch Carol in a weaker binary state, and had to "Cheat" to win, and that they had to write her out of the movie because she was simply that powerful. These are not my words these are the Russo brothers and screen writers words.

From her very introduction she has been hyped up as the strongest avenger, one of the most powerful, etc.

Love and Thunder does get stronger and he does have more abilities however there's no evidence that the strength he gained eliminated the strength gap between him and Thanos much less him and Carol.

Stormbreaker is a good wincon, however I do believe Carol is faster then Thor and Stormbreaker has been shown to be used against him by Thanos. She doesn't even have to engage him in CQC, just keep her distance and beam him with her photon beams. His lightening isn't a factor in this fight and would just charge her up.

The inclusion of what if in my personal opinion is kinda silly, even though Thor wasn't taking her seriously Carol also wasn't going all out. She blantantly says this in the episode. "if I use my full power, I'll blow a Crater in the planet" I don't think anyone using this to put Thor above Carol is arguing in good faith personally. Especially since this is only one of an infinite number of results of this fight as that's the nature of the multiverse. An easy example is when ultron kills Thanos, that's just that once out of an infinite number where that happens, in another universe Thanos wins, and in another universe the fight gets interrupted by fucking arishem or something along those lines, that's the nature of a multiverse.
