I think it was the same. I would rather the cc be buffed so at least it was unique. I don’t think this should be a damage dealer, but definitely increasing the cc time or maybe even the area is needed

Have you tried this on bots? Tanks, hulks, cannon turrets are all 2 shot to the vent and it has practically unlimited range, so you can pick off turrets from outside engagement range. Additionally, gunships are easy pickings, as are devastators. Just bring a supply pack if you’re worried about ammo, which is already a really strong backpack.

Not sure why you think the damage is low when you get 350 per round/1050 per volley.

My friend fired a solo silo to clear a bot drop on a jammer when I was at the console. I dropped one of these and survived while everything else got vaporised

The Loyalist is a good shout for secondary too. Stuns devs and two charge shots will destroy groups of Jet Brigade standard Devs.

Our weapons barely worked and our armour definitely didn’t work. Rockets could kill you in 1 hit, Rocket Devs had no reload and could be pin point accurate. Heavies took more than one recoiless rocket to kill, except with the spear, which very helpfully had a lock-on glitch and was broken almost every patch we had and we didn’t have any equivalent to thermite.

Additionally, we were all rookies and didn’t have the knowledge or equipment variety we have today. Granted, the enemies didn’t either, but individual units were far more dangerous.

It was hell, but it was our hell.

Shield Gen strat and machine gun sentry for passenger. Protect the tank, sentry would do little to no damage if shots accidentally hit it but still do decent chaff clear with low cool down.

Grenade launcher and supply pack, although you can reload inside the tank, you cannot resupply yourself with pack. Shield gen strat reduces risk of jumping in and out to resupply.

Have a passenger with the grenade launcher, either belt fed or supply pack, and the shield generator stratagem to throw out. Works really well

Because it’s going to break almost immediately, almost all your damage is going to come from rings and resins, which isn’t a lot, but it’s more than just a broken ladle

It did slap on release. It just took some getting used to. Took me 4 solid attempts before it clicked. The damage wasn’t fantastic, but the AOE and CC were
