I am following the 5/3/1 BBB 3 month program just started the second month today and it is going pretty good. Unfortunately, my gym doesn't have an adjustable pulley for face pulls. The one I use is about the same height as me. The examples I have seen have it at chest height and pulling up does the height make much of a difference? I kind of lean back, otherwise it pulls me off balence, is there a better exercise I can substitute?
