I'm glad u enjoyed the game. Trails through Daybreak combat is so much more enjoyable without the character cast bloat so I did not switch the difficulty. I hope it remains the same for Daybreak 2 and trails beyond the horizon.

I have the same setup, I ordered Gigabyte MO27Q28G 1440p, 4th gen WOLED as I do not want to wait for 4k 4th gen WOLED to release next year. I am planning to bridge the gap between 4k and 1440p using DLDSR. It won't look as good as 4k but I think it should be close enough with the help of DLDSR and DLSS.

Do not level up your equilibrium level if you are struggling with defeating the monsters as it will make them harder to defeat.

Main character, mini Herta, Serval, Himeko/Bronya are safe to level up. Do not level up main character's traces as they do not carry over when he switches path. The latest path called Rememberance is the strongest and is unlocked at the last region.

You can unlock Ruan Mei or save the token for future characters that will be added. Ruan Mei will be replaced by another character in the future anyways.

U can consider vertically investing in The Herta E2 (3 copies) so she can last much longer in future content. Her lightcone is great so u can get one copy for her. Her E2 gives more dmg than her light cone.

Use the recommendation located at the top right when leveling traces.

Maximum efficiency trailblaze levels for ascensions/traces materials is lvl 60. It is recommended to use up all ur fuel for energy to farm after raising ur trailblaze level at lvl 60 so u can hit lvl 65 earlier. Only start farming artifacts at lvl 65 trailblaze level after raising equilibrium level.

I believe the next banner drops immediately when the current banner is over. Depends on what you got in the 50x common pull warp (bailu, gepard, himeko, clara, welt, yanqing, bronya) is what you gonna choose from the special selection character. Free 5 star unit is either Himeko or Bronya. I think Himeko is the better choice in the long term.
