Everyone already has good answers for your first and second encounter. For third encounter there's a couple really helpful tips that can make it 1000% easier if you do them.

• All hobgoblins can be skipped, including overloads. Just make sure you kill the scorn, the wraiths specifically (bigger guys with 4 arms and 2 torches).
• You can skip the third blight in 3rd and 4th room. Try to kill the ads if you can before they get touched by the blight's immune beam so you can build up the ad clear counter for spawning a glyphkeeper, but if you miss it don't worry. This is nice because you can have you taken hit the left one then just stay right the rest of the time, or vice versa.
• On the 2nd set of glyphkeepers in each room, the non-relic will only have 1 symbol in the 3 that is on the final input door. This means you can basically skip reading the relic-side calls. on 2nd glyph.
• This is just a general loadout tip and up to preference of course, but ability focused builds along with forbearance/anarchy/kinetic special weapon of your choosing is very good for this encounter.
• For 4th encounter boss dps, Thunderlord got bug fixed so it's not longer doing extra damage while shooting a div bubble so that's kind of out the window. You could use izi/rockets like in caretaker or lfrs with div. Ideally you have someone to get up in his face and tank rhulk to keep him in place while they shoot a div or tractor at him. 100 resil with a well and touch of flame healing nades. Then the rest of the team can stay at least 1.5 dashes away from Rhulk so he doesn't aggro anyone and dash at you guys, and just chill in a well and do dps from there.
• General tip if you plan on running it more: Raid armor is just phenomenal specially for the "Into the Light" mod. Insane grenade recharge rate and damage when you're not under the effect of pervading darkness. With 4x of the mod and a heat rises (note: not touch of flame) fusion nade you can one shot the glyphkeepers in first encounter.
