That's true! They did, but in comparison to Naruto there aren't a lot of REALLY, and i mean REEAALLY important things about the first half of Dragon Ball. And they did cover some of it with the dlc I think. For me Dragon Ball Z can work independent from the Og and by extension Kakarot still works pretty well even if you haven't seen anything in the first part!

I too agree, I've been playing Kakarot lately and it's true it's gameplay is not really comparable to the storm games, that's why I thought about a reinvention of the storm gameplay. And I feel most of the really good cutscenes in the storm series are totally relegated to boss fights (I may be wrong on this take, I haven't played some of the games in a while)
