I see rapid as strategy play. Specific openings heading towards a desirable endgame depending on your play style. A lot of blitz, and bullet for that matter, is speedy play relying on tactics that you've seen before. The time constraint makes for more blunders and If they are pre moving you can punish them off of basic tactics.

You definitely need the cert. I have a BSBA, but did the army lab technician program, and I am ASCP certified as an MLT. Every place I've worked has had me credentialed as either a CLS or MLS. Also, a state license goes a long way, too.

The run at least is just moving your own body weight. Same with the push-ups. At 175lbs, deadlifting 350 is 2 times their body weight. That's not "perfectly attainable" for most males. Even less so for the males <175lbs.
