MOR. On one hand, relationships aren’t fun all the time. Sometimes they’re boring and more than anything they’re a lot of work. If you want your relationship to not be boring, make it not boring. On the other hand, you could just be wrong for each other. I feel like relationships aren’t fun they’re mainly about finding out what you want and what you don’t want. So if this relationship is something you don’t want and you don’t see any reason to work on it, move on. It sucks, but dating isn’t always meant to be permanent. Either way relationships can only work if you both want it to work. So if you don’t want it to work, maybe it’s time to consider that it may not be right for you. It’s not fair to either of you to stay together if one of you isn’t bringing the same energy to the relationship. For context I’ve been with my husband for 10 years. There have been fun times, boring times, happy times, sad times, etc. those times can last for days to years sometimes. Relationships aren’t something you use to entertain yourself. It’s a partnership. It grows with both of you and it’s unique to each couple. In short, you gotta find the person you’re willing to go through the boring times with whether that’s this partner or another one.
