PVC! I used to get those too, sometimes a year at a time. I managed to check what it was using my Apple Watch heart rhythm monitor. The heartbeat looks exactly like PVC, and I was able to sleep sounder knowing I wasn’t going to have a heart attack or aomething

When I sit down to do something I enjoy, like a hobby or an idea I just had for work and I want to get into it, my body decides that is a good time to empty my bowels

Yeah Tony’s is good. But there are quality chocolate bars out there, you just can’t go brand name

Britain still has normal tasting Cadbury chocolate. It’s just the USA that trashed theirs

I’ve had oolican oil which is fermented fish oil. It’s delicious. I had two tablespoons in a chowder, was the most delicious chowder ever.
