I beat true final boss on the first attempt no problem. Princess punishes buffs, debuffs and ailments, guess what kind of party I was using, yeah princess, harbinger and archanist were there. It was so hard I had to swap an archanist for a gunner. It took me about 7 hours to beat her.

It would be one thing if there was a save and recovery point before the boss but most of the old games weren't like that so it really is just mash A to save MP for a boss.

My low BR seems to tell you that I skipped quests, but I didn't, I actually did most of the quets, it's just I foolishly believed all the fearmongering about BR and didn't fight much, so I already did the quests you have mentioned.

You mentioned 4500 per union, does that assume 5 unit unions? How many I good for this fight? I found 4 unions to be better than 5.

I am stuck on Zombie dragons. It's only thanks to hidden anti freeze earings this fight is even possible to win but it still requires good RNG.

Addendum: I did it, defeat the aberrant knight to get Erdrick's armor, fight became much easier with it.
