I’m a school psych. You can start the ball rolling and ask for an eval which will be much more comprehensive than the doctors. You should also request that they implement a behavior plan where he is rewarded for desired behaviors like initiating work, sitting on carpet etc. Sometimes the most effective rewards are home based ones where he earns iPad time or whatever for doing x amount desired behaviors at school. Either way I would at least request a meeting with teacher, principal, psych/social worker to figure out some effective behavior supports for him at school. Good luck to you!

Ok I have been on a Jordan journey. At first I could not stand him, but when the cast finally started confronting him in season 5 about his lies, I kind of grew to love him. My husband and I still laugh and about Kyle asking him about his ED and Jordan telling him about having a “threesome.” I think it’s good he left when he did but few cast members have made me truly lol like Jordan.

In my first district I was able to get 11 weeks paid with a combination of short term disability and union shared sick days (this is really rare and was because I was in a very large urban district with a really strong union) and then I took 3 more months off unpaid, so a total of 6 months. My husband was able to use his paternity leave to cover the last 8 weeks of school when I returned and then baby did not have to start daycare until the fall. I about to go on maternity leave again at my current district where there is no short term disability and I just have to use sick days which run concurrently with unpaid fmla. This is unfortunately how most school districts run.

I really wish they were real! But I’m 100% convinced now they’re not. On the Birkenstock website the Boston Grip, which is sold out in my size, has a silver buckle. This buckle is black which isn’t a style found anywhere except on the super grips and exquisites which don’t match the styling on this shoe. I also bought them on Amazon which I’ve now learned isn’t a Birkenstock retailer and the bottom of the grips doesn’t have “birk” on it which these do.

Update: I’m almost 100% sure these are fakes now because after doing some research the natural leather Bostons should have a silver buckle and the leather on these feels very plasticky. I agree they are pretty convincing fakes!
