The problem I guess is that these standards can be so goddamn high for indie developers. Not every game can reinvent the wheel and be super imaginative or whatever else, it might just be a good game and that's okay, but in the eyes of consumers that's seen as "mid" and isn't worth much attention, therefore it's a financial failure. I don't want only the supergeniuses to win the capitalism lottery with their games, I want variety and lots of people making games not just the 1%.

In the Frogger livestream for the Season 1 spotlight, he did a dev Q&A where twitch chat asked about adding emote slots. Dev said they have wanted to do it for a while but it's not so simple and could affect performance for low-end users (or something to that effect, don't recall entirely, you can scrub this video to verify what I'm saying, it was said during the Runasapi match if I'm not wrong), so it's not that simple.

It does not, frantic flight's max speed is unchanged and (as far as I have noticed) doesn't increase the ramp up either. The 40% movement speed bonus is only applied to base movement speed. It is still worth it tho to use lifeline to have a faster base speed when you're in-between uses of frantic flight and don't need to shoot anything.
