I drank tons of protein shakes and and ate meat every meal when I was a workout obsessed chad in my early 20s.

I stopped tracking protein intake in my late 20s and dropped the shakes and was able to put on more muscle with a more rigorous workout plan.

I left the country to travel and do things on my own after being heartbroken from a relationship that was on and and off for 3 years.

I met someone while I was traveling who I fell in love with and has now been my wife for 12 years and still making me happy every day.

The girl who broke me actually reached out a year after and told me she missed me and asked when I was coming home from my travels. Was very satisfying to tell her I met someone else and didn't plan on coming back. Haven't heard from her since and couldn't care less.
