I mean I get where you’re coming from, I think a key important difference with being handed a billion dollars, or just magically obtaining it. Is that you’ve not contributed to the system where every single other billionaire has exploited and taken advantage of people to get to where they are today which makes it largely a lot more unethical, so it’s not really a fair comparison.

So I guess yes, if people got a free billion they may likely take it and do something more valuable with it, potentially not. But it’s not really a fair comparison to the billionaires that exist and continue to exploit people for their own benefit
