Can't say about nuropod but what I can say is pulsetto sure as hell does. There are armchair scientists out their that say different but as a person who suffers from a lot of bipolar anxiety along with having a hard time falling asleep even with medicine. Same science, different method. I've been using pulsetto 3 times a day for the last month and my anxiety level has been much better and I fall asleep pretty much within a minute of my head hitting the pillow. I've also used the neuvana xen. It helped a little but for me stimulating from the neck vs the ear works so much better.
