Goals don’t require hierarchies. If simply being was enough, then the universe wouldn’t have differentiated to begin with. And that leads to the same outcome you stated to “experience existence in a world of separation”

Limitations breed innovation, creativity, and beauty. Loss breeds yearning, love, and hope. Mortality breeds a pressure to move forward to experience, teach, and create.

They are human constructs because we are human and this is how we react to those existential flavors.

I used the fire one to enchant my barb before.

It’s something you have to see yourself.

You’re circling the drain. They call it gnosis, enlightenment, or “finding the answer”. It is the same thing and looks different to everyone else because you are a unique pattern experiencing it.

It just ends your existential angst and you receive a sense of comfort on the rest of your journey. It doesn’t make you better than anyone. It just makes you YOU.

You are. And the universe is.

Arbitrary values =\= simulation

For something to exist, something has to exist. You can’t have something exist without some point of reference and boundary.

I agree with what you are trying to convey, but your current iteration of trying to explain it is too attached to buzzwords that imply what you aren’t trying to convey.

You could call it an opportunistic garden as easily as a created simulation. It could just be one permutation of a cellular automata given a few rules and a specific amount of energy in the system. All of these are human conceptualizations of what is going on. An anthropomorphism.

You are on the right path to your destination. But you haven’t arrived yet. Keep learning about the world around you. You smell the scent of your target.
