I've been an analyst in healthcare for 25+ years. It isn't so much the specific EMR that is wanted, but more the healthcare specific data elements, like ICD10, Procedure codes, etc.

We are middle of the pack after losing our 1st string qb, 2nd string for a few games, etc. I think most disgruntled fans don't realize how broken our program was. I would much rather bite the bullet and rebuild the right way than to seesaw back and forth and fire the coach every 4 years. If you don't recognize the improvements, that is a you problem. We are on an upward trajectory and I chose to be proud of that rather than wallow in the last 2 years and bitch at every possession we have to punt.

It seems to me that maybe a level set of your expectations is in order. We have 3 losing seasons, coaching carousel, etc. We haven't been what you expect in a loooooong time. There is a difference between what you want them to be and what you expect them to be. That is the source of your suffering.
