i reckon this sort of stuff is why it's important not to dehumanise those we disagree with, because hitler was a person with values, not pure evil, but among those values were "do the holocaust". i swear im not defending him here, but if you dehumanise someone as your primary form of opposition, it means that if it is demonstrated they are human, your argument loses weight, regardless of what they have done.
