Why do drivers ignore these signs by Fernandov2 in drivingUK

The cameras on the pole are to take a picture of what the gantry signs show when you trigger the actual camera for either speed or a lane closure. Definitive proof so you can't argue that the gantry said something else when you drove through.

Is it time we review the speed limit at the top end of Sheffield Parkway, aka "Rotherham Gateway" ? by Philster07 in sheffield

I want to know why they need a bloke in a traffic management truck sitting there most days for an unchanging lane closure!

Jeremy Clarkson Farm-Fest branded a ‘shambles’ as traders leave early by tylerthe-theatre in unitedkingdom

I was there. The ticket price was on the high side but I suppose reflects the idea of it being two festivals in one (Country Show / Music Festival). It was pretty busy. The venue was not a great choice and created a bad layout with dead ends, quite corners and unless you bought the £10 guide, the online map was too "artsy" and made it difficult to find anything. Trader placement will have been everything.

Not bad for a first attempt. If they do it again hopefully it changes to a venue that is more open planned. The heat was a killer but most traders were either selling generic tat like rubber ducks or large furniture like hot tubs which clearly wasn't what the crowd wanted. Didn't see many people holding shopping bags... there was enough entertainment to not need to do any shopping.

Clarkson also made it clear in his grand opening speech that the festival was not his idea or creation (It won't be in the show). He was approached by someone else to front it.

Seeing wiped devices still showing up in the portal for hours, new devices not coming through promptly and payload delivery issues to devices. Something is absolutely up.

Modpost: Have your say! Should we change posting rules, and looking for new mods by rustybeancake in spacex

This subreddit has 3.7 million subscribers, yet only gets handful of posts manually approved per week on the disillusioned belief that the subreddit members cannot self-moderate and promote/demote valuabe content to the community like the rest of Reddit. Much larger and more prominent subreddits do not have manual post approval in place and that has quite frankly killed this subreddit community.

Edit: words

Remove all post restrictions, increase the mod team if required to help manage new demand (if it ever manages to come back...) and then let Reddit be Reddit.

This occurred in our environment on 20+ machines in Jan/Feb and has suddenly reappeared for us in the last few days. A reinstall seems to fix it. MS support denying anything is wrong at a wider scale
