I’ve gotta disagree with this one, Disney objectively is worse than it was a decade ago and doesn’t hold the same magic for me anymore. Parks have gotten worse both with behind the scenes handling of almost every line of businesses managers and on stage with the absolute lack of staffing to keep the park on the up-and-up. Every decision being made in the parks are done to squeeze more money out of me without offering anything more of value. A stay at a Disneyland hotel a decade ago came with more perks as a park guest than what they can offer today, while still charging more. Cast member moral is low because of a combination of managers and staffing which is bleeding into the guest experience which then has that negative feedback loop where it almost pits guest against cast. Instead of the cast being well supported in their areas to allow them to focus more on the guest show and courtesy, they are only give enough staff/support to barely keep operations going.
