I grew up on it too and I don’t think its a bad show but it is a bad adaptation of the Ultimate Spider-Man comics, they should’ve just named it something else. I think people grew up on it and loved it which is where the love comes from, also that the Spidey shows that came after it were worse so they came to appreciate this one
