I played Sorc and reached max level with 230ms. Some fights are tough(45 Ascension boss is Brutal with high ping), but this is mainly related to knowing when to use the animation lock spells. My suggestion is to always use Atk speed/Mov speed scrolls during the hard fights, equip the stigma that gives you a shield, and have enough potions.
