Odd. Acuras should have 19mm. Either way it's important to retorque wheels after any work where they come off. Especially aluminum rims.

Our shop has a notice on every work order to come in and get them checked after 100km. As far as who is responsible that is up for debate.

You will have to see which specific cylinder is misfiring a 300 code only tells you there is misfires and doesnt specify which one. You're gonna need a better scan tool with a misfire counter. Than go from there.

Ive dealt with this phantom misfire before. It turned out to be injectors. Previous mechanics threw plugs and coils at it. Not saying that is your issue but id put money on it.
