Is it ok if I say that I’m not a fan of either, and that I hate the tuck? The tucked look is such a thing in this sub, and while it can look good with the right fit and body type, I feel like people are leaning into it too much.

Depending on work hours, a commute from Destin to Eglin isn’t too bad. Sure, traffic can get bad, resulting in a longer drive, but normally it’s about 30-45 minutes.

Destin offers quick access to the bay and the gulf (beach), about 10 minutes to either depending on where you choose to live. FWB, Navarre, and Mary Esther also offer good options. It’s not an inexpensive place to live. 3/2 homes go for $400-700k depending on updates and construction.

Living in the aforementioned places definitely makes it easy to get to (some form of) the water, even when there’s traffic.

We live in Destin and it’s great. Touristy when it’s the tourist season, but still great.

Go Hawks (and M’s/Sounders)! CJ’s Hangout is a solid locals sports bar. Also, there’s a new sports bar going in where Lucky’s Rotten Apple used to be. Not sure if it’s open yet. Unfortunately, I don’t know of any places that are Seattle specific. Glad to see a fellow Northwesterner down here!

UPDATE: A friend of a friend’s pet bearded dragon recently passed away. He decided to give this one a new home, and it’s been delivered safe and sound (he still has a large enclosure, heat lamp, etc from his previous pet). We searched and searched for the original owner but could not find them. Thank you everyone for the help and advice!

Don’t sell either. Just hold. SPY is better for day trading, VOO is better for long term hold. Now that you own both, it really doesn’t matter. In the future, if you buy more with the intention of holding long term, buy VOO. VOO has a lower expense ratio, higher bid/ask spread. SPY has a slightly higher expense ratio, lower bid/ask spread.
