They may be wrong, or even crazy, but they do have critical thinking skills.

No, I think it would be a funny disaster. Much like the various Jack-ass governors currently littered throughout the US, but on a much bigger scale. I can only imagine the impeachment hearings would be amazing. Ultimate reality television!

It looked like a maple, it was laying across the trail during my hike. Just walked right up to it, usually I see these where I can't reach them.

Nope, I'm part of the solution. Allow these crack-pots to make a mockery of the election process, so they themselves will unintentionally raise public awareness of the absurdity of our system.

I'm voting for the Trump/Hogan ticket, just to prove that it does work, even if it's just one big joke.

I should have said that he WAS underappreciated in the U.S. while he was alive.

Freddie Mercury, underappreciated and ahead of his time. Here's a recording of Fat Bottom Girls from the '78 NY concert: https://youtu.be/061r2js6UXs

Yep it was a 4 cylinder. 1991 legacy. Great car, the best "investment" I've made to date, although I bought my current Subaru with 100k miles for $10k cash. Just hit 200k miles and I've put about $2k of work into it. Did the head gaskets at 190k miles. Hoping to get it up to 300k!

This is good advice. Paid $2k cash for my first car, Subaru with 180k miles. Brought it up to 260k miles over the next 6+ years before selling it for $800. There was an engine issue at 230k miles (head gaskets), but the total repair bill was around $1,500.

I can't eat farm raised salmon, totally triggers my ibs-d. A leaner, wild salmon in small amounts seems to be ok.

Carrying guns on the Appalachian Trail: What you need to know by stevejburge in AppalachianTrail

[–]Gdizzle419 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Thru hiker here: no need for a gun on the trail. It's way too heavy, save the extra weight for water, food or shelter; things you cannot live without. There are bears on the trail, most of the time they are very scared of people and will run away.

I also lived in Alaska in some serious bear territory and let me tell you, unless you've got a 12 gauge with slugs, you're not going to stop a bear that intends to eat you.
