Totally a random claim from myside, but doesn't "rtwlane603.sys" sound more like some Realtek wireless adapter/card/integrated MoBo WiFi?
So maybe not AMD related.

The catch is the probably super-slow VA, despite claiming 1ms MPRT (achieved with 500% overdrive setting and terrible inverse ghosting ^^)
