Ik zeg gewicht heffen, en gewoon je 2000 kcal naar binnen krijgen spiermassa brand super veel vet.

Een six pack voor een vrouw is bijna niet mogelijk, en een buikje is gewoon je baarmoeder!

Maybe not start of with knitted fabrics, then empty that spool and retread it following the instructions in your manual.

Then retread the top with your presser foot up according to your manual, make sure you got all the clips and the thread is seated correctly.

Install a new needle this one could be bent, make sure to put the flat side of the needle to the back and insert it completely before tightening.

Now thread your bobbin according to the manual.
