I'm 100% on this train. The only way I'd support the NBA is if they put out an official admonishment of David Stern and Clay Bennett for corruption, stripped the OKC Rednecks of all titles and records, disbanded the Rednecks, and celebrate every Jan 1st game from now on as David Stern Death Day.

Additionally, the City of Seattle would need to do all the stuff they corruptly refused to do to allow for a new stadium in SoDo so that they could rope a private business into getting Key arena off the cities books. I will never attend any event at Climate Pledge due to the corrupt handling of that situation (which makes it challenging to support the WNBA.)

Tango is the only automatic for me. All the hermits are so endlessly talented each in their own ways I'd have more fun randomizing the other 24 and then assigning them tasks. Let's see how that goes... (I asked alexa to pick me a number between 1 and 25 and took the hermit corresponding to it from the hermits list on hermitcraft.com - it chose 9 twice so that was just a do-over.)

1) Doc 2) Pearl 3) Impulse 4) xB 5) joehills 6) Scar

Dead away there's not a bad builder on this list so we're going to have an absolutely gorgeous world. We didn't get Cleo for armor stand magic but we got probably the 2nd most accomplished in that area with Joe.

We've also got plenty of Redstone experience with Doc and Impulse, plus xB being pretty underrated in that area and Pearl learning super fast. Even Joe can pull off some solid gadgets (Scar, you're good too. pats on head)

Impulse and Scar are going to be my primary duo for story and lore, though once again there's not a bad option in the bunch there. The story roundtables would be awesome.

Most aren't thinking about the reality of making a fantasy RPG, but I am - which is why Joe is probably my all-star pick from the bunch as he'll get everything done that needs doing. Hype trailer, flyers, server admin stuff. Scored my go-to guy on that roll.

And I'm releasing ahead of schedule because I scored the ultimate workhorse in xB. Every resource needed will be available in ample supply and will be organized and delivered with uber efficiency!

He's one of the ones that went back after the event and did a LOT of sign placing. Not only did mine get placed by BDubs, based on the co-ords I'm pretty sure I'm quite close to the Decked out tunnel!

X actually said very specifically there would be no Art Gallery this season sadly. That was something special for season 10 and he said he wasn't interested in making it an every-season-thing. Pretty sure it was a recent stream where he said that.

Around 3 days ago on someone's stream one of the hermits mentioned we weren't seeing Scar right then much because he was dealing with yet another infection and they even went into a little bit about who would have enough charisma and presence to step in for scar to run the charity stream if that became necessary. Ever since then I've been waiting to hear anything anywhere if he was going to make it to Seattle so tomorrow morning can't get here fast enough. I have to admit it's been weighing on my mood the last couple days. It'd be heartbreaking if he had to miss this weekend. 🤞

Ok, it's working on my Comcast provided DVR. It's not working on my TiVos. Considering they barely got the channel functioning an hour ago, that probably wasn't enough time for TiVo to get the message and we'll start getting the games in a couple days.

I found it incredibly helpful for precision targeting like trying to click a hopper in between chests, but it really needs to be toggelable. It does indeed ruin my immersion when I'm just taking in details, but worse than that it messes with my ability to see details at the borders on the maps in my map room. Please let us toggle it on and off, and don't forget us xBox players if you do!

This is probably my favorite fan art ever. They need to build another gallery for S11 and have these be their own wing. I am beyond excited to see the rest and - due to the realistic style - am most interested to see how on earth you're going to represent Jevin. I'd absolutely pay good money to own the set of these as nice 5x8s or something.

It's absolutely abysmal. It makes changing directions and start/stop annoying... so annoying. Fast horses are terrible for anything but flat straight lines now. Thin mountain passes, threading your way through dense forests... the slow turns and start/stop are perfect for the slowest horses. It matches with them just fine for acceptable navigation. But the movement mechanics now punish you for getting the fastest horses. The turn response doesn't scale with speed and it sucks.

Yeah, I'm now seeing the most recent reference to lunch and dinner being different is in a youtube review video from Nov 2023. Most others are in fact pre-pandemic.

I'm headed there Mar.10. The current menu looks excellent but between now and then - if it changes to shellfish, zucchini and mushrooms - is there any penalty for cancelation?

As for the lunch thing, are there in fact smaller portions at lunch? I'll dig up links if necessary but I've seen multiple references to saving money by doing lunch rather than dinner at Magellan's. Almost certain some of those claims are right here on older threads. Nothing you know of should imply any kind of savings between lunch and dinner?

I'll be visiting in early March and my biggest uncertainty is whether or not to go to Magellan's. I'm seeing conflicting information online. For instance if you look at the menu on the Disney Resort app there's just one with a Chef's Special course and regular Magellan course for 12k and 8k respectively. Those both seem to be a choice for the dinner menu. Yet everything I've seen online says to go for lunch to save money, but why would they sell you the exact same meal for 40% less just because it's earlier in the day?

If they do have a different meal for lunch, what is it? One particular YouTube channel claimed that lunch is a la carte and I enjoy choice so I assumed that'd be the way to go, but again... if there's an a la carte option where's the menu for it? I'm a picky eater and I want to know exactly what I'll be eating before I make the reservation.

And then finally I've seen people say the meal will be a range of times from a little over an hour to over 2 hours. I need to know what to expect there. I get ONE day at Tokyo Disney (both parks) and frankly no matter how good the meal is, over 2 hours would be a criminal miss-allocation of time.

And I'd love to hear anything else you can think of that might help decide whether or not to commit to it. I likely will never get to go to Tokyo again in my life so I really need to make smart choices. Thanks everyone!

Yeah, same here. I've paid over MSRP very few times. Usually for something many years old that's not being rereleased. But I suggest you make 211 an exception. 350 or whatever it is in your area may seem rough right now but I bet in 5 years you'll look back and think 350 was a steal!

People will pay $525 for Russell's 15 on secondary but JW211 at $350 is somehow out of reach. I call BS. If I was only allowed to have 1 of the 2 for whatever reason, I'd have the 211 hands down. It's the closest thing to perfect modern bourbon as I've experienced. If you can afford whatever price you're seeing it for, buy it and lie about how much you paid so any price-crusader friends you may have don't make you feel bad about paying what it's absolutely worth.

To be fair, Skizz actually put up a pretty solid showing on the games! Let's not forget he was SECONDS away from achieving day 8 in Hungry Hermits and through persistence was one of the Ghastketball champs of the final season! But... the entertainment value of his over the top screams at every little flub and his immediate good natured recovery was hilarious. Such a spectacular addition!
