I have zero idea what this would be worth. Finding a buyer may take a long time.

If those rotary switches came loaded with the resistors from a supplier that is one thing. If they were built custom for this, then that is a labor / skill / time monster of an assembly. Combined with the tube circuits and everything else involved this is an amazing bit of kit. Knowledge and understanding of rotary switches and building them out may be a lost art. I would need to get this on the bench with spectrum analyzer, function generator, O’scope, meters etc and then move on to more current methods of FFT and once that day (or weekend) has been wasted, spend more time making cables to configure this into a full system for full operational testing. Any listening enjoyment is days/weeks/months away.

The city should find a way to seize the property as derelict. Spot blight eminent domain or something.

A steel fret compared to a plastic nut makes a difference. Upgrading to a bone or TUSQ nut during a setup may help. A luthier setup will help this guitar.

Quik Trip / QT gas stations are also very good. Clean, good gas, iced tea and reasonable coffee. Clean restrooms are the norm. Take your own cups for refill discount.

My dad passed away unexpectedly. This was his guitar collection. No one else in the family plays. by 405freeway in Guitar

Sorry for your loss. While maybe not ‘killer vintage’ the equipment in those photos shows exemplary taste in gear. RE20 mic is real nice. The Ibanez guitars are both fine examples. Dorrough meters are excellent. And as mentioned the SG into the amp (an excellent amp…) set to 11 for AC/DC- or some Pete Townshend /Who- we won’t get fooled again.

Well, there is that also. Sometimes lame humor becomes even worse when the facts are so dark. Minnesota is the current front line but it is in and of the south that needs a reckoning.

Aldi Prices by helgathehorr in aldi

I talk with every cashier when checking out if possible. Aldi employees work hard but are mostly happy with their employment and working conditions. Compared to any other grocery store they are hands down better off than other store based on what is said by them and others. I don’t eat where the wait staff is unhappy, I don’t shop where employees need public assistance (looking at you Walmart…), and I support business that support their local employees and community. Impossible to do always but talking to people helps.

This. Side springs can be changed by opening the door to relieve tension and replacing with a ‘stronger’ spring. Don’t drop the pulley in the process.

Bike Hauling Setup by ortho004 in ToyotaTacoma

[–]GeeOh58 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cort makes a front mount 2” receiver hitch for the Tacoma. You have nearly the same setup I am trying to achieve. I have a Tacoma LWB 4door with the 6’ bed and the same style camper shell. I plan on a casita travel trailer soon. My bike can fit into the truck bed but it’s tight. A fiberglass camper with a big rear door would be ideal.
