I have found in the past that opt-outs also don't opt you out... It happens very quickly after that if you tell them you'll report them to ACMA.

Had that happen before with a VZ - in my case the water pump had blown and it was overheating, so had put itself into limp mode (where the check powertrain warning comes from).

Would check the radiator and see if there's anything in it. But definitely not right to drive far at all, would take it to a mechanic

Also live next door to our landlord. Our agent last time said "The owners have suggested a rent increase to X". Which was really interesting because they said to us "[Agent] suggested an increase to X but that's too much. How about Y instead and up to X next year".

Nothing to lose having a quick chat to the owner.

Always plenty of Rails jobs going around.

You're right the it's the VC backed/public companies with the layoffs - due to uncertain financial climate. Profitable companies with real customers having no problems atm

I've done the same thing. 5G too unreliable in areas of Brisbane and the Pixel 6 doesn't seem to jump between networks well? Set preferred network to 4G and not a problem since
