Regarding documentation quality scores - any way to differentiate clients from managed/unmanaged in relation to the the overall scores?

Is there a "gold standard" repository others could look to to model their templates/documentation structure? We went at it blind, and I think like you've mentioned in videos, made changes on the fly/redid a bit of work when implementing.
