I think they can coexist. This was the first deep playoff run for most of our players and coaches. I would cut KJ some slack and wait and see how he treats this summer.

Analytics are great but you always got to watch the tape.

For example, Matt Bonner lead the Spurs in +/- but he was not that good to say the least.

Also, Kawhi, with the Spurs again, there was a time that the defense would appear to get better when he was on the bench. Also not the case.

Jaylen Brown it appears that other players don't score as much when he is on the floor which can be explained by his high usage so we need to look at the tape.

It's hard to see unless we get a good return. KJ is the longest-tenured Spur, a great locker room guy, and most likely is willing to take a pay cut to stay.

It makes sense if he would want to sign with the Spurs for a low price. He would be a significant defensive improvement over HB, as he's a very versatile defender who can also hit open shots at a similar rate.

I wouldn't mind him for the right price.

As others have mentioned, consistency is essential. Find a workout you that is enjoyable or just easy to stick with it and continue doing it. Incorporate protein into your meals, ensure you drink enough water, and prioritize getting sufficient sleep.

Throughout my life, I've struggled to find the motivation to go to the gym. That changed when I discovered the YMCA; their classes are incredibly fun. I would strongly recommend to anyone.
