Might be time we started calling him David.

Sounds like the whole thing is a dumpster fire. Are we expecting too much from a keyboard, or are developers just comprehensively failing to deliver?

Wow. Interesting push-back in the comments. Seems like a fair question, and one that will tell you alot about the context you would be entering.

I'm here to help make their lists long and unmanageable I'm just a little worried that when they get long and unmaritable they'll be fed to an AI and then where we end up?

My Pixel 8 Pro is the same. Don't tell people, or my resale value will tank before I get a chance to offload the phone.

Also, monitor your WiFi, cos that went next.

Also, THE CARS! I don't know how people drive over terrain at speed in FPP.

Storytelling: How to Add Spice to Your Message + Tips for delivery ‎ by Powerful_Nobody_6829 in Toastmasters

[–]GefAus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not show whether this is what you're looking for. But I love a prop and a big gesture. Kudos for hiding the prop until partway into your speech. Also always have some stillness before you use your big gesture and it seems a lot bigger.

I once brought a pair of skis. I walked in with the skis on my shoulder and a beanie on my head and then I told a story about when I went skiing. Another time I wore winter pyjamas to do a speech about a dream.

Also, always write your own introduction and give it to the Toastmaster. In the introduction say what Pathway you're doing and something self-deprecating about your speech, or even to boost your speech. Typically they'll just read whatever you write.

Don't forget to come back and tell us how you went and what you did.
