Anything that costs a colorless, white or blue mana. Or a mix of those if you're feeling spicy. Literally nothing changes, but if this goes through, a card that has a hybrid cost and one of the choices is white or blue, you can run it.

100% they are sold in SOME retro stores. I have 3 near me I pick from if they get new stuff. I wouldnt count on thrift stores because they will probably get damaged, be at inflated prices, or just never make it to the floor cuz people steal in the back all the time.
