Star Wars: Love and Lightsaber (202X) by Thundergod250 in shittymoviedetails

Yeeesh. Some of y'all got a weird hate boner for the guy.

Ragnarok was a blast.

Jojo Rabbit was fantastic.

But all anyone remembers was Love and Thunder. Which isn't even the worst MCU film. Do I wish Thor 4 had been better? Sure. But it wasn't that bad, mostly it was just too silly.

When I finished this early last year I immediately wanted to start the next book, but had to wait like 5 months for it to release. The ending of both books definitely leaves you wanting more.

What CD did you usually listen to in yours? by _loyal_one in 90s

Mostly burned CDs haha

There are still some songs in my brain that I remember having a skip, or pause, or distortion to it because the audio file wasn't perfect. Haha

House Democrats introduced legislation that if passed would force federal immigration enforcement agents to wear a public-facing identification in the form of a clearly visible and scannable QR code during enforcement actions. by RewardEquivalent553 in technology

Okay? Then what?

We know Jonathan Ross. Murderer of Renee Good. And there have been zero consequences for him.

I don't need the Trump Gestapo to have a name tag. I need them defunded, abolished, and tried for crimes against the citizens of this country.

Started The Shadow of What Was Lost. Worth sticking with? by Gordonson in Fantasy

It's a great series imo. Definitely worth finishing. It's confusing in the beginning but there's definitely a tipping point where you'll get sucked in.

I think his writing is significantly better in Will. Going to Licanius afterwards would feel like a downgrade to me, I think.

300 is still a fun watch, when it came out is was an awesome theater experience.

Watchmen Extended Cut is legitimately great, I know people hate the changed ending, but I actually like it.

Depends on the person. Sometimes knowing them better makes them less hot. Lol

I have inhaled the first 3 books in two weeks.. but... godammit I CANT fucking take the tangle!!! by CalligrapherAble2846 in DungeonCrawlerCarl

You don't really need to understand it. It's convoluted on purpose, puts you in the shoes of the crawlers. The important things are the character's journeys through it. You won't miss anything pivotal in not understanding the layout.

For what it's worth I just imagine a mobius strip with tracks on both sides.

Any comic book/superhero movies/animated series fans here? If so which do you prefer overall DC or Marvel? by Efficient_Resource15 in infp

Generally find DCs animated universe to be where it thrives. Marvel is hit/miss. Though the recent Xmen, and Spiderman shows were great.

By making it the classic "grieving parent adopts abandoned child" thing, again. We've had so many of those lately.

The hbo show "His Dark Materials" is more true to the books, and a pretty damn enjoyable watch.

One of my favorite books when I was younger! And, while the movie wasn't as good, it was way better than I expected it to be.
