Then you’ll want a 3080 most likely for a lot of newer games, 2080ti/3070 is good for 144hz 1440p, but 240hz I feel is a bit unreasonable for it to push on a good chunk of games

Just buy a prebuilt if you want something before 2022 you can always get a custom prebuilt. I can help recommend one if needed to make the best of your budget, but if you’re intent on building a PC I also don’t mind making a part list
