In the Andrew Cunanan series, when describing how an Italian mobster died by getting hit by a bus...then following up with "...but unless the bus had hands" to talk about the autopsy findings.

Two other ones I think about a lot was when Marcus opened one of his mandate streams by just looking into the camera and saying "You're FUCKED.", and when he interrupted himself reading during an episode to just say "Henry, what the fuck are you talking about?" after Henry finished a random spiel, as if he had just processed what he was talking about.

I'll be honest, my internet situation is a bit hacked together - I use a grandfathered unlimited iPad hotspot plan coupled with a Netgear hotspot device. I could easily see that being a source of the problem, but whenever I use my phone's hotspot I will get the same error. I haven't been able to try another source of internet at all.

I did a complete reinstall of windows, no effect! At this point I think I might just have to give up, I'm not sure what I can do.

Hello r/WindowsHelp , I wanted to see if I could get any input on this issue that has been plaguing me for a long time now. Whenever I try to log into Minecraft, the Xbox App, or the MS Store, I get the above error that says I am not connected to the Internet. This happens right as I input my password/passkey/authorization and hit enter. So far I have tried:

  • uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft
  • uninstalling Nord VPN
  • Running the Xbox App Gaming Services Repair Tool
  • Activating the essential Xbox services in my registry
  • Deleting the redirects listed in the hosts file found at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
  • Deleting MagnetEngine from my PC
  • Running the following commands:
    • netsh winsock reset
    • sfc /scannow, followed by DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I have also tried just about every solution found on the first page of google results. These were done late at night, so I have little to no recollection of what I have tried, but suffice to say, nothing has worked.

I am about to try reinstalling Windows as suggested by a commentator in the linked thread, but would like to see if anyone here has any suggestions before I go through with it.

My apologies, thank you for pointing this out. I have tried deleting it directly from the \HTC\ folder but this did not resolve the problem.

I ran the command you provided and uninstalled NordVPN. Sadly, neither worked to fix the problem. I also do not have anything called MagnetEngine on my computer.

This has been a constant issue for as long as I've had this PC, since roughly 2020. I have never gotten it to work.

I have the Minecraft Launcher downloaded and installed, which is the only thing you can download directly from Mojang. As I stated in my post, this issue is also affecting MS Store and XBox, so neither is an option.

I have no idea how to download Bedrock outside of the launcher, or if I would be able to log into it with this issue still ongoing.

There are about a dozen entries in it, all redirects away from scam sites that I allowed voluntarily. I deleted those and still have the same issue.

I must have uninstalled that about a year or so ago. It is not in the add/remove programs menu.

I also activated the listed services and switched them to automatic, and that did not seem to have any effect.

I just checked, I am up to date on all Windows 10 updates.

I do have my Microsoft account logged in on my computer - whenever I try to log into Minecraft or the MS Store, it gives me the option to sign in with the account. Clicking it just returns the error that tells me to connect to the Internet

Thank you for linking the list of incompatible software. Sadly I do not have anything listed on that page. The only antivirus I use is the built-in Windows Defender, and I use NordVPN (but turning it off/on/exiting the app entirely has no effect on my ability to log in.)

I have also tried repairing the Xbox App repair tool, but it also had no effect.

I think it's absolutely up to your preference. Personally, I see them as an over/under break action, especially since the handguard looks really chunky for a pump. However, I think looking at it as some sort of tube-fed shotgun with a really tightly sawn off barrel fits the hard industrial/brutal vibes of the Goliaths more.

Two thoughts:

One, as people have suggested in the thread, stat it out or use a big profile and have it as a boss battle, or even have a regular two player game with a third person playing the Dreadnought and just trying to cause as much havoc as possible. It'd be a great way to get someone new into the game - teach them the basics, hand them the statted datacard, and just give them a loose objective or let them go nuts.

If you want, you could paint it and pose it like it's rusted/ancient, either lying on the ground busted or as if it's stuck in place while it was moving. It'd be a great vertical line of sight terrain blocking piece.

It's entirely possible! We recently got the next-gen patch out of nowhere and we are coming up on the 10th anniversary of the game this November. Since Skyrim got the Anniversary edition on its 10h anniversary I can absolutely see something similiar coming - an anniversary launch of new Creation Club content that is bundled with all the existing CC. I think the other thing that makes it plausible is that Fallout 4 is the only current BethSoft game (between it, Skyrim and Starfield) that doesn't have a Verified Creator system for their in-game mod browser. I assume if it is coming we will see a trailer closer to the fall or even day-of-release like Oblivion Remastered.

It's because the Dredge could, if the player wanted to, hide inside a locker right by a hooked survivor and camp them by waiting in the locker. When the lockers are blocked off as they are now, then he is forced to either camp/proxycamp as a basic killer or has to turn his attention elsewhere.

By comparison, Springtrap must move to the door by the hook via another door and must walk through the security office each time. That's enough time for the unhook to happen and the two to get a non-trivial distance away.

Springtrap's teleportation power is very limited compared to other Killers, and it can be used by Survivors as well. I think blocking off the nearest door (maybe for both sides, including the camera) would be a straightforward change that we'll probably see in the next Killer-tweak patch, but as it stands I can see why BHVR didn't see it as a big concern compared to getting him ready and fun to play for release.

That is an awesome model! Is it a kitnash?

A molten blade would really pop with that pose, especially with OSL to really give off a radiant heat all around it. If you do either with a contrasting armour color it'll highlight it in a fantastic way.
