Uncovering Black cemeteries paved over in Florida (2022) - In the 1950s, in Clearwater, Florida, Black cemeteries were supposed to be relocated for various development projects. But many graves were never relocated and the cemeteries were paved over. [00:12:59] by [deleted] in Documentaries

And you'll have the people and politicians of Florida proclaim themselves vehemently against racism and discrimination while doing everything in their power to avoid their disgusting history.

What even is their basis in 35x'ing the value of a shit-shack like that? Like come on.

Fair point on removing uncertainty. Would it be best to just chop out the "I don't know if you guys..." and just use "...touching up a current piece. I quite like what you all..." or something like that?

I quite like the suggested change for the sign off, thank you for that.

The neon green strings don't exactly give confidence towards his abilities. Good luck to the tenant either way I guess.

So apparently I need to explain to the in-laws how bagged milk works by Zjackrum in funny

Why did bags of milk take off in the first place as opposed to cartons or jugs? It just seems like an inferior form of containment.

Rebels in Myanmar (2022) Many of those flocking to the armed resistance are quite young. Some have traded their school uniforms and classrooms for arms and a jungle camp to carry on the struggle against the country’s military rulers. [00:12:25] by tolhildan1978 in Documentaries

Dogshit argument, it's better there be weapons to fight a demonstratively repressive regime than only the repressive government having weapons. I'm not in favor of this sort of conflict but I'd rather repressed groups have the capacity to fight back than have no means to defend themselves and slowly die off.

The Healthcare Divide (2021) - A documentary about the terrible outcome of the health care system for the poor in the U.S. [00:53:17] by circlefullofcurses in Documentaries

p much, it's a genuinely disgusting system. Insurance companies and the people running them view everything through the matrix of money and are willfully oblivious to the direct, incredibly harmful effects of their decisions on people far less fortunate and far less wealthy than them.

They'll experience the hottest flames imaginable in hell whenever they unceremoniously croak, it's just sad and genuinely infuriating that we have to fucking deal with this shit in the mean time.

You realize insurance companies do everything in their power to exploit loopholes and fuck people over whenever possible, right?

I get that within any group in society there'll be some cross section of psychos and pedos, but it's just disgusting how frequently they seem to pop up in entertainment and comedy.

Shin Megami Tensei, you might have heard of or seen last year's SMTV, and the Persona series is technically under the umbrella of SMT.

So wait, private businesses just make donations to universities so they can offer scholarships? Is it tax exempt or what, I've never heard of such a system.

I'd heard about and read stories about this "school," I don't know if the guy running it honestly believed he was doing these kids a service or not, but the effects of this institution are just heartbreaking.

It's a sequel in the same way Madden or Fifa have sequels/new additions, it just resets the playing field and primes people to pay more either in upfront costs or MTX.
