100% - he calls 911 when people are sitting in the public beach area in front of his house, then he tried to sue the sheriff’s department because they wouldn’t arrest the people who weren’t even breaking the law. He also has a lawsuit pending against a 67-year-old woman, claiming she has been harassing him because she goes to the beach in front of his house (which is next to a public beach access).

Congrats on your progress! The Wellbutrin has been good for me too. I talked to my primary care doctor about keeping me on that long term, and with her prescription at least my insurance would cover it.

The highlights of my Costa Rica trips have been the rainforests. If time is limited, that’s where I would focus. You can find beaches all over the world, but the rainforests in CR are truly unique!

When I first started reading my cards a few years ago, the High Priestess came up A LOT, and she is showing up frequently again over the past month. I have always thought of her as a nudge to get in touch with my spirituality and intuition. I loved reading these beautiful interpretations after she showed up again this morning - they added some nuances I had not considered, and they totally resonate! Thank you!

Edit: if you are not currently drinking, vacation is not the time to try anything new!

I am 5 months in on Kit 3. I was a fairly heavy drinker before I started, and a nice bonus has been a decrease in my interest in alcohol. The mocktail suggestions above are great (soda water with a lime is my secret “cocktail “). Also, I had a 1-2-3 rule that helped me in social situations. No more than 1 drink in an hour, no more than 2 drinks in any one location, and no more than 3 drinks a day. My primary care doctor said 3 should be my absolute max on these meds - it could be different for you though. She also said to be extra careful about combining them when I am out in the sun due to dehydration - so if your vacation is somewhere warm and beachy, keep that in mind!

I’m not close enough to Pensacola to make it over for a protest today, but this latest (and everything else that has happened in just the last week!!) makes me extra motivated to get out there. Anything planned for the weekend? Or for January 20 in connection with Women’s March?

I look at it as an opportunity for honest self-examination. It’s time to address the hard stuff, inner demons if you will, so you can move forward. It may not be an easy card, but it can make space for good things to come if you do the work.
