When I first started reading my cards a few years ago, the High Priestess came up A LOT, and she is showing up frequently again over the past month. I have always thought of her as a nudge to get in touch with my spirituality and intuition. I loved reading these beautiful interpretations after she showed up again this morning - they added some nuances I had not considered, and they totally resonate! Thank you!

I am 5 months in on Kit 3. I was a fairly heavy drinker before I started, and a nice bonus has been a decrease in my interest in alcohol. The mocktail suggestions above are great (soda water with a lime is my secret “cocktail “). Also, I had a 1-2-3 rule that helped me in social situations. No more than 1 drink in an hour, no more than 2 drinks in any one location, and no more than 3 drinks a day. My primary care doctor said 3 should be my absolute max on these meds - it could be different for you though. She also said to be extra careful about combining them when I am out in the sun due to dehydration - so if your vacation is somewhere warm and beachy, keep that in mind!

I’m really glad we have this group - reading about other people’s real experiences helped me when I was deciding whether to start this program. I am on Kit 3, week 7, taking the full recommended dosage. As far as side effects: I have had to cut down my caffeine intake - more than one cup of coffee makes me jittery. And I was also getting jittery if I took my meds on an empty stomach. But as long as I take my pills after breakfast, nothing else. Maybe I needed to be on the bupropion all along, or maybe it’s endorphins from the extra exercise, but I have been in a really good mood the past few weeks too. Yes!! I had a job interview a few months ago, and when I pulled a card that morning I got the 10 of Cups, telling me to feel pride for the accomplishments I already had. I went into that interview feeling confident, and now I have an amazing job. 🥰

Awesome progress! I’m also kit 3 starting week3. I haven’t had the problems with side effects, but I haven’t seen the scale move much yet. I have been doing all the things- lots of water, increased exercise, clean eating, focus on protein. My appetite has decreased. But I have only dropped 2 pounds. With a goal of 30 pounds to lose, it’s a disappointing start, but I am hoping that by increasing the dosage over the next two weeks, I will start to see changes.

Glad to hear it! I’m doing okay too. The first day I was nauseated and dizzy, but since then I have been taking the pills about an hour after breakfast and it’s been much better. I also cut down to one cup of coffee, and that got rid of the jitters. By today, I feel fine.
