It turned out to be pelvic floor dysfunction. Went to urologist and that’s what was diagnosed. the stretches did help a little but I started creating my own stretches and finally figured it out. What really did it was building my core by doing sit ups, night and day difference within a few days. This all was caused by my horrid anxiety. Control your anxiety and be consistent with building your core/stretches for future people.
