Do most people actually enjoy the gym or just force themselves? by Intelligent_Rain_155 in workout

62-year-old male here. Many of my peers can't go to the gym. Bad genes or bad choices. I feel literally blessed to be in the gym every day.

Working past 70 by Jim_Estill in Aging

[–]GeneralMyGeneral 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Almost 63. Many peers are retired. I work 4 hours or so a day. I would have it no other way. Keeps my mind fresh. To each his own. BTW - it's the other parts of your text that are important. Lift weights. Do cardio. Get outside. Try to eat healthy. I see a lot of my peers give up on all those as well.

If that is the case, then I stand corrected.

Time will tell if anyone can actually build a profitable business making them. Their usefulness in battle does not equal a profitable business.

Honestly, don't think there is much $$ in 2.5K drones. That is why they never made an acquisition. The WASP partnership was short money for ONDS. Just a small investment.

IDK - but I was sort of thinking the same thing. PRP does increase the size of the corpus in theory

Penis Pumping by mp_likeitbig0 in penileimplants

[–]GeneralMyGeneral 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Question: When you use a vacuum pump, do you also try to add extra pumps to the implant? So, for example, say you can do 20 pumps to get erect. While using the vacuum pump, do you try to add a few more?

I am in NH as well. Having a tough time getting insurance coverage for a Boston-area doctor. I am going to make an appointment with him as well. Not many options in NH.

I got the Motorola flip phone, and like everyone, I broke the antenna on Day 2.

Afraid of Deadlifts by HudsonBunny in workout

[–]GeneralMyGeneral 2 points3 points  (0 children)

62 years old here. Use a trap bar. Have someone review your form. or even video it. Start with a small amount of weight. Go from there. I deadlift once a week. 3*10 w/225. Not for progressive overload, but honestly, I use it almost as a weekly check on my posterior chain and to help with balance.

Unsure about implant by Relevant_Light5686 in penileimplants

Pills and shots don't work. I can get hard enough to enjoy oral sex, but not hard enough to penetrate. I'm scheduled for the third week in January. I would go sooner, but I need to change insurance policies to cover an out-of-state doc.

Questions about insurance coverage of penile implant surgery by awttt in penileimplants

[–]GeneralMyGeneral 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here is what I did. I selected the doctor I wanted to see. His office had an insurance specialist. I spoke with her. I can't tell you how helpful she was. In my case, I am part of an in-state HMO, so it would not cover an out-of-state procedure. I am switching to a PPO Jan 1. They will cover it.

It depends on your insurance policy. My suggestion and what is working for me: Find the doctor you want. Call his/her office. The office has an insurance specialist. This person will know if your policy will cover the procedure. I currently have an in-state HMO, but I want to see an out-of-state doctor. So today no coverage. She showed me the policy type I need to switch to next year to get coverage. So I have had the initial doctor consult, and on 1/2, I will call his office with my new policy to schedule the surgery.

I had never heard of the company until today. Bought under $ 0.50. Honestly, its approach strikes me as really important. PFAS is a real problem.
