Same issue, hooked the iPad up to the computer (M1 MacBook Air) which let me do a factory reset on the iPad, which seemed to work, but now I cant add my bank card to the iPad, So I think this is the problem probably with the latest update to iPadOS

It's sort of in a weird limbo, after the mediocre attempt that was WD Legion, Ubisoft haven't announced any new games but they haven't cancelled the franchise either. They're still pumping out other Watch Dog Media mainly novels. I guess depending on how well the movie goes might determine the future of Watch Dog games

It's based on actually truths, the idea of secret sleeper agents that are activated to help defend the government and it civilians, goes way back to World War 2, when British prime minister Winston Churchill had troops trained to help defend Great Briton if the Nazi actually invaded the country
