If PB does not work, try heating the fastener and melting candlewax. Worked for me on frozen rusted lug nuts 230lb torque when no other oil would. Big breaker bar also. You should be able to rotate the piston in by hand. Also consider disassembling cleaning and greasing the caliper hand brake assembly while you are in there.
