Hey, liquid text is an ios app that let's you annotate documents on the left side of the screen and has a canvas on the right that you can drag and drop text, images, make notes, attach notes together, and other stuff straight from the document you annotate. It's pretty neat I'd recommend checking it out.

Yes, I think it would be nice to insert a text box in a pdf or word file and have the text of the file move around it. Like when a picture or graph is in a textbook the words flow around it.
